Onsite Request

If you would like to request onsite service from Personalized Computers, click on one of the links on this page, and submit your request via email. What will happen, is an adobe .PDF document that is partially fillable will open. You can then fill in the Customer information and what your current needs are. Once that is filled out, you can then click the submit by email button. One of our representatives will contact you regarding your request, and schedule the onsite accordingly.

Note: Adobe Acrobat Reader will be needed. If you do not currently have the Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer, you can install it from this download.

If you live in a residential area, or are a business that would like to use Personalized Computers onsite services, then the following rates would apply:

Residential: $85.00 hour

New Businesses: $125.00 hour

If you are an existing customer of Personalized Computers with a current maintenance plan, then you will be charged at your current rate.
